We are a group of doctors in Hong Kong with interest in Aesthetic Medicine.
The main aims of our Association are :

  1. To discuss topics in Aesthetic Medicine
  2. To organize CME program, workshop, seminar in Aesthetic Medicine
  3. To protect public safety
  4. To promote professionalism
  5. To protect interests of Aesthetic doctors in Hong Kong
  6. To nourish friendship among Aesthetic doctors
  7. To represent Aesthetic doctors to negotiate and discuss issues of Aesthetic Medicine with Government & Medical bodies : DH, HKMA, HKDU, MC
  8. To develop the Specialty of Aesthetic Medicine in the long term

Chairman's Message
主席的話

Dear colleague and member of ADAM,

As society’s interest in pursuing beauty and youth grows, medical and surgical aesthetics and anti-ageing treatments have become increasingly influential. However, this field still lacks sufficient attention and systematic training in traditional medical education, leading to public misconceptions and challenges.

Our association, comprising over 300 doctors in Hong Kong who practise Aesthetic Medicine, aims to maintain a high standard in our practice and protect our members and the public.

The objectives are:

  1. To establish a structured training system for members ensuring high standards of care and safety.
  2. To strengthen unity among aesthetic doctors, fostering mutual support, and friendships within our community.
  3. Work towards developing Aesthetic Medicine as a recognized speciality in the long term, which may elevate medical aesthetics to its rightful place in the medical system with collective effort.

Our association will uphold patient safety, scientific advancement, and medical standards in our practice. I invite all colleagues to join us in shaping the future of medical aesthetics in Hong Kong. Together, we will overcome obstacles, and achieve excellence in our field.

親愛的ADAM委員及會員們，
我很榮幸能夠擔任香港醫學美容醫生協會的新任主席。
我對協會的願景是引領它邁向更高度的專業化、創新和團結。

隨著社會對追求美麗和青春的興趣日益增長，醫學和外科美容以及抗衰老治療變得越來越具有影響力。然而，這個領域在傳統醫學教育中仍然缺乏足夠的關注和系統性培訓，導致公眾存在誤解和挑戰。我們致力於澄清這些誤解，並加強醫學美容的專業信譽和尊嚴。我們的協會由超過300位對美容醫學有濃厚興趣的香港醫生組成，旨在提升我們的實踐水平，保護會員和公眾利益。我們的目標是：

  1. 為各經驗水平的會員建立結構化的培訓系統，從基礎到進階，確保高水準的護理和安全。
  2. 加強美容醫生之間的團結，促進合作支持。
  3. 長遠而言，致力將美容醫學發展成為一個受認可的專科，配合我們對這個領域的願景。

我誠邀所有同業加入我們，一同塑造香港醫學美容的未來。讓我們攜手克服障礙，在我們的領域中追求卓越，確保美容醫學在香港繼續蓬勃發展。
